REGULAMENTO HOTEL CENTRO EUROPEU
HOTEL CENTRO EUROPEU REGULATIONS
1. A diária inicia às 14h e encerra às 12h. Após este horário será cobrado uma nova diária.
A day starts at 14h and ends at 12h. After this time, you will be charged for another day.
2. O café da manhã é servido das 06h30 às 10h.
Breakfast is served from 06h30 until 10h.
3. Não é permitido ao hóspede levar café da manhã do buffet do restaurante para o apartamento.
Guests are not allowed to take food from the buffet to the hotel room.
4. O hotel não se responsabiliza por veículos estacionados nas imediações. Estacionamento conveniado e não dispomos de serviço de manobristas.
The hotel does not take responsibility for vehicles parked in the surrounding area. Convenient parking and we do not have valet service.
5. Será permitida visita ao hóspede somente no lobby do hotel. Caso seja necessária a presença de não hóspede no apartamento, será cobrado o valor correspondente.
Visitors of guests are only allowed in the hotel lobby. If the presence of a non-guest is needed in the hotel room, you will be charged an extra fee.
6. É expressamente proibido ao hóspede: usar ferro elétrico, colocar pregos nas paredes, estender roupas nas janelas, perturbar o silêncio (sobre qualquer pretexto), manter animais em qualquer dependência do hotel e retirar pertences do apartamento.
Guests are prohibited from: using electric irons, putting nails in the walls, hanging clothes on the windows, disturbing the silence (for any reason), keeping animals in any area of the hotel, removing objects from the hotel room.
7. O serviço de arrumadeira funciona das 08h às 15h.
Our maid service runs from 08h until 15h.
8. Objetos e enxoval danificados pelo hóspede serão debitados na fatura.
Items or room fittings damaged by guests will be charged on the invoice.
9. Dispomos do serviço de emergência médica.
We offer an Emergency Medical Service.
10. Menores de 18 anos deverão estar acompanhados dos pais ou responsável legal, munido de documentação necessária exigida por Lei.
Children under 18 years old must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian, and provide the necessary legal documents.
11. Não é permitido fumar nas unidades habitacionais conforme lei vigente n° 13.254/2009. Multa de R$ 250,00+10% aplicável para higienização de ambiente.
Smoking is not allowed in the hotel rooms, in agreement with Law no. 13.254/2009. A fine BRL 250.00+10% will be charged to sanitize the room.
12. Consulte valores especiais para early check-in e late check-out. Fracionados conforme disponibilidade.
